Website and sale terms
These terms apply to use of the Blossom Breeze website and to consumer orders accepted through it. Last updated 12 July 2026.
Trader details
Blossom Breeze operates from 214, Triq il-Belt Valletta, Qormi, Malta. Contact the shop on +356 9902 0605 or at blossombreeze214@gmail.com. Additional legal identity or VAT information shown at checkout or on an invoice forms part of the contract information.
Products and availability
Product information is provided in good faith. Packaging, colour and appearance can differ from screen images. Availability may change before checkout is completed. If an error affects a material characteristic, price or availability, Blossom Breeze may correct it and will not substitute a materially different item without agreement.
Prices and payment
Consumer prices are in euro and include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and discounts are shown before an order with an obligation to pay is submitted. Browser-submitted prices are never authoritative. Current prices, discounts, coupon eligibility, delivery charges and totals are calculated again from store records on the server. Card orders are not accepted for fulfilment until payment is verified.
Promotions and coupons
Automatic promotions apply only to the products and dates stated. A coupon applies only to eligible full-price products and does not further reduce an item with an automatic discount. Only one coupon may be used per order and coupons cannot be combined. A coupon may have a start date, end date, minimum eligible spend, product, category or brand restriction, total use limit or per-customer limit. A failed or expired card checkout does not permanently consume a coupon use. Blossom Breeze may reject misuse, automated use, duplication or circumvention of limits.
Order formation
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance. A contract is formed when Blossom Breeze expressly accepts the order or dispatches or prepares the goods for agreed collection. An order may be refused for unavailable stock, payment failure, pricing error, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or another lawful reason. Any payment taken for a refused order will be returned.
Delivery, collection and tracking
Available areas, methods, charges and estimated timing are displayed before payment. Customers must provide complete and accurate contact, address and access details. A tracking number may be issued after confirmation. Tracking is an operational update and may be corrected if a status was selected in error. Keep the tracking number private. Details are set out on the Delivery and collection page.
Cancellation and withdrawal
Where the statutory right applies to a distance sale, a consumer may withdraw within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason. Exceptions may apply, including sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, goods liable to deteriorate rapidly, personalised goods and goods inseparably mixed after delivery. The Returns and cancellations page explains how to notify Blossom Breeze and return goods.
Faulty or non-conforming goods
Nothing in these terms limits the statutory legal guarantee or remedies for goods that do not conform to the contract. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination and refund.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer rights and liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to those rights, Blossom Breeze is not responsible for loss caused by misuse, failure to follow product instructions, unauthorised website interference or events outside reasonable control.
Website use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape abusively, bypass security controls, impersonate another person or interfere with availability. Website content may not be reused commercially without permission except where law allows.
Law and complaints
These terms are governed by Maltese law, without removing mandatory consumer protections available in the consumer's country of residence. Contact Blossom Breeze first with the order reference and requested resolution. Consumers may also seek guidance from the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority at mccaa.org.mt.
