Delivery and collection
This page explains how available fulfilment methods, charges and timing are communicated. Last updated 11 July 2026.

Only methods enabled for your order and location appear during checkout. The selected method, charge and order total are shown before payment.

Delivery area and restrictions
When online delivery is enabled, the website identifies the supported Malta or Gozo area before payment. Some products, addresses or access conditions may require confirmation. Blossom Breeze does not accept an online delivery order where the required method or area is unavailable.
Charges and timing
The applicable charge and available timing are shown during checkout. Any date or time is an estimate unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed. Blossom Breeze will contact you if a material delay or availability issue is identified.
Accurate delivery details
Provide a complete address, locality, postcode, mobile number and relevant access instructions. Someone able to receive the goods may need to be present. Additional cost caused by an incorrect address or failed delivery will be discussed before another attempt.
Collection
Do not travel for collection until Blossom Breeze confirms that the order is ready. Bring the order reference and, where reasonably required, identification or evidence that you are authorised to collect it.
Tracking updates
Confirmed orders receive a tracking number by email. Delivery orders progress through received, processing, out for delivery and completed. Collection orders progress through received, processing, ready for collection and completed. A shop note may appear with an update where more information is needed.
Checking goods
Check the order promptly. Report missing, damaged or incorrect goods as soon as practical and keep the products and packaging while the issue is reviewed. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
